 Gerry Erffmeyer Senior Pastor | |
| Pastor Gerry has been Senior Pastor of Orland Park Church since 1988. As the primary teaching pastor, he presents the message at the Sunday worship services and conducts various educational classes and seminars throughout the year. Casting vision and inspiring excellence, he oversees the growth and development of all the church ministries at Orland Park Church. Pastor Gerry graduated from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He then went on to receive his Masters of Divinity degree at Calvin Seminary. He has also completed his course work for a Doctorate of Ministry degree at Denver Seminary. He has also served churches in Newton, Iowa; Denver, Colorado; and Grand Rapids, Michigan. His leadership is marked by his passion for the lost and his deep desire to enrich the spiritual life of the believer. Pastor Gerry and his dear wife Carol are blessed with four children and five very spoiled grandchildren. | |

 Marshall Holtvluwer Pastor of Congregational Life and Outreach | |
| Pastor Marshall has been the Pastor of Congregational Life and Outreach since 2001. He seeks ways to nurture believers to a mature, joyful, obedient faith. He chairs the Shepherding Elders' monthly meetings and enjoys teaching 11th and 12th grade Sunday School. Marshall also enjoys visiting the sick, shut-in's, nursing homes, widows and widowers. He leads the Evangelism Committee in formulating the vision and goals of outreach at Orland Park Church and also serves as a teacher, using various appropriate methods of faith-sharing, and as the coordinator of all follow up efforts. Marshall also serves as the development leader of other outreach programs and as a resource person for the various groups within the church who are looking for outreach assistance. He graduated from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He then went on to receive his Masters of Divinity degree at Calvin Seminary. Marshall is married to Tammy and has 2 daughters. | |

 Janet DeBoer Executive Administrator | |
| Janet works closely with Pastor Gerry and Pastor Marshall to implement the mission of Orland Park Church. She oversees the various ministry programs together with the Pastors as well as all business operations including: finance, computer systems, scheduling church activities and overall plant and facilities maintenance. In addition, she provides support to all staff members and assesses the progress of ministry. | |

 Jan Kamp Education Director | |
| Jan has been Education Director since 1995. She is responsible for the educational ministries at Orland Park Church, including Nursery, Children's Worship, Sunday School for Kindergarten through 12th grade, and Adult Education. She also coordinates the Wednesday Nite Alive activities once a month and special happenings such as the Couple's Retreat. Jan loves kids and her passion is to show them how exciting and life changing God's Word can be in their lives. She enjoys providing adults with opportunities to grow closer to the Lord as well as encourage them in building relationships with other Christians. | |

 Becky Vande Kamp Youth Director | |
| Becky has been the Youth Director at OPCRC since June of 2001. She has been involved in Youth Ministry as a volunteer since 1996. Her responsibilities include planning activities and Bible lessons for the Jr. High and Sr. High youth of the church. Becky enjoys working with young people, and has a passion to encourage them in their walk of faith. She also encourages them to seek opportunities to reach out and build up God's kingdom through service both in our community and abroad. Becky is married to Joel and they have 4 children. | |

 Cindy Vander Laan Spiritual Gifts Coordinator | |
| Cindy's responsibilities include the Spiritual Gifts Ministry, worship planning, and volunteer coordination. Cindy also offers support and encouragement to various lay ministries in the church. It is her passion to assist every member of the church to realize how God has uniquely created them for a specific purpose in building His Kingdom.OPCRC is VERY open to working with and developing people's giftedness. It is Cindy's passion to assist every member of the church to realize how God has uniquely created them for a specific purpose in building His Kingdom. Cindy brings her years of experience of being involved in numerous ministries. She has attended Bible Study Fellowship and various conferences. She has also led Coffee Break, Growing Kids God's Way, Women's Retreats, Bible studies, and many Serve projects. She truly has a love for the Lord and His people. Cindy is married to Ken and has three children. | |

 Gloria Kamp Administrative Assistant | |
| Gloria has been on staff since 1997. She assists the Executive Administrator with scheduling events, updating the church calendar and Accounts Payable. She maintains Council records and distribution and assists the Pastors with any clerical work needed. She assists in answering the phone and oversees the distribution of material for church mail slots. Gloria is married to Kevin and they have 3 children. | |

 Rick Schultz Custodian | |
| Rick has been working as full time custodian for 4 years. He makes sure rooms are cleaned and set up for all our functions. He also helps to maintain the building. The joy of the Lord is his strength. He also has served on the Tape Ministry. | |

| Jane helps Jan Kamp with many activities such as American Girl Tea, Couples Retreat, the church picnic and Sunday School planning. Jane loves children and loves serving the Lord. She also serves on the Education Committee. Jane is married to Roger and they have 2 boys. | |

 Trudie Brunius Administrative Assistant | |
| Trudie is the first voice you hear when you call the church. She supports ministry staff in various ways including typing, mailings, copying, and many other tasks including typing and printing the bulletin each week. Trudie is married to Jake and has 3 children and 5 grandchildren. | |

 Carolyn Kamp Assistant to the Director of Youth | |
| Carolyn is the Youth Ministry Assistant. She has been involved in Youth Ministry since 2002. She assists the Youth Director in planning and coordinating activities, communicating with students and parents, Youth Service worship planning and fundraising for our Jr High and High School Youth Ministry Program. Carolyn enjoys working with children of all ages, but has a true passion for the youth of our church and community. She strives to make each young person feel welcome as a part of our church family. She is married to Steve and has 5 sons. | |

 Carol Vroom Worship Coordinator/Choir Director | |
| Carol serves Orland Park Christian Reformed Church as Adult Choir Director and Worship Coordinator. This Illinois certified music educator has been teaching people of all ages to sing for over 30 years. Singing is her passion. She loves selecting songs, teaching them, and especially singing them in worship. She also teaches private lessons, Homeschool Music, and plays the flute. Carol is happily married to Jim. They have been blessed with two wonderful children: Amy (married to Rev. Dave Parrish), an attorney, and Dan, a student at Calvin College. | |
